Synopsis
Shrek The Musical tells the story of a bad-tempered hero, his loyal friend/steed, and a beautiful princess in need of rescue. Throw in a host of classic fairytale characters, a wannabe King who is a little concerned with his height, and the bravest gingerbread you ever met and you've got a recipe for a smash-hit musical. This hotly-anticipated screen-to-stage transfer comes to the West End after a successful run on Broadway. With brand new songs as well as the Shrek anthem I'm A Believer, an exceptional cast including Amanda Holden and Richard Blackwod, and incredible sets and costumes, Shrek The Musical is the must-see musical of 2011.
